Spotting Scopes Does Anyone Know Anything About Spotting Scopes And Can You Recommend One?

Does anyone know anything about spotting scopes and can you recommend one? - spotting scopes

I hope to get a telescope or spotting scope for my dad for Father's Day. It is used to animals at their home lake. This is an observation that I need or a telescope is best for this purpose? It currently has a collection of old cheap used binoculars. I continue to find something to see, things. I also want to keep it under $ 200. Thanks
